Welcome to [Planeturn Games Studio] ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing our games (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Who Can Play
Age requirements may vary by game and platform. For our mobile and ad-supported games, you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to play. If a game is rated for all ages and you are under the age of majority where you live, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
2. Accounts and Virtual Items
- Accounts and Progress: Our games use third-party services (like Apple Game Center, Google Play Games, Steam, etc.) to save your progress. We do not host or manage your login credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your platform accounts and your physical device.
- Virtual Goods: Our games may allow you to earn or purchase virtual currency or in-game items with real money (In-App Purchases, or "IAP").
- No Real-World Value: Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred to other users.
- Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or the platform providers (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, PlayStation, Xbox).
3. Ads and Third-Party Links
Our games may display advertisements. While we take safety seriously and implement measures to block inappropriate or harmful content, ads are served by third-party networks. Therefore, we are not responsible for the specific content, products, or services featured in those ads. Any interactions you have with third-party advertisers are solely between you and them.
If you ever encounter an ad in our game that you believe is inappropriate, harmful, or broken, please take a screenshot and report it to us at our support email so we can manually review and block it through our ad provider.
4. Code of Conduct
We want our community to be fun and safe. When playing our games, you agree not to:

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
- "As Is": Our games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the games will always be online, bug-free, or uninterrupted.
- Liability Limit: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our games.
